We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn/unused, sealed (for supplements), with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our supplements. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@orvelaskin.com. We’ll guide you on the next steps under our guarantee. (Items may not need to be sealed for dissatisfaction claims—please contact us first.)
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@orvelaskin.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@orvelaskin.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, custom products, and certain personal care items may not be returnable.

For health and safety reasons, ingestible supplements can only be returned if sealed and unused, unless you’re making a claim under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

We cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As above, items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, sealed (for supplements), and in original packaging—with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs & Non-Refundables

Unless the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or wrong item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping fees, customs, duties, and import taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
